I am seeing bizarre behavior of not finding records when I try a fetch also in my page code.

I have two records in the Form and am viewing a report, I have attached a screenshot of the report. It shows both records as having the same ID field.

When I click on an ID field and copy it, the value that I paste is: 2940790000000069000

This is different than what shows in the report for this field.

This is really pretty crazy and very concerning. When I try a lookup in the code by ID it fails. This seems like a really major problem, has anyone else experienced this?
