Select a record from any module
Open an received email from the record's related list
Click Enrich data
Ensure that field mapping under data enrichment by Zia is configured to automate it
Hit, "update leads".
Note: In CRM, there are certain frequently used fields called enrichment fields that include fax, designation, phone number, last name, and email, etc. Possibilities of referring these fields with different names in the CRM account might lead to field mismatch. To avoid field mismapping or incorrect data entry, you can map these enriched fields with the right CRM field manually.
Note that data enrichment in Zoho CRM and Zia data enrichment for emails are two different features. The data enrichment feature in Zoho CRM gathers data directly from a website or collates information from the web. Thus, the collected data is generic. Whereas parsing from an email signature makes it more personal and specific. So, the data is more reliable and accurate. The users need not manually update the required information. Zia will capture the data with high accuracy from their emails.
Though Zia has been there for a while, it still has a way to go, and there may be some initial hiccups in getting Zia tuned to your business. However, the more you use it, the better it gets.
