We are looking to develop the attached spreadsheet in creator, which we use to take client data to create a UK tax return to HMRC within Tax Calc.
We need to ensure that:
- It may form part of the Zoho Support platform we use
- It can pull information from Zoho CRM
- We must be able to track for each client where they are up to
- The system must validate that when a user clicks yes to "I have income of X" that the client uploads a file
