CRM Enterprise Edition includes 1GB of storage per org + 1GB of storage per user. It also includes unlimited Records. Am I correct in assuming that the storage used by these records doesn't affect the Storage limits? 

2nd question: Does anything other than Attachments affect the Storage limits?
