I have a main form and a subform in order to track availability of consultant skills, idea is to add into main form

all the information regarding an Technology open position.

 

Then in a second instancy HR will add on the subform all the candidates matching that open position (Name, available date, CV file, etc).

 

In order to easy track that I need that the open seat # field which is a field generated on the on add of the main form can be automatically passed to other field in the  subform when somebody complete the rest of field on the subform. its that possible?, to be clear if subform has 4 fields, 3 field will be completed by data entry and the 4th field has to be completed

if its posible by some logic taking the value from the main form.

 

I hope the requiretment can be understood.
