We have an occasional user case where subject lines exceed 500 characters which is the ZeptoMail imposed limit. While I understand long subject lines are not "best practice", these are particular notification emails with specific information for client purposes. RFC standards is 998 characters - I'd ask ZeptoMail to consider increasing their limit to match RFC standards - every big provider I've looked at has a minimum of 1000 characters or more.
