Suggestions

These are enough actually for me to seek out services: make the things under "setting" more visible, like up in the tab area with the other tools. I would even suggest making the tabs more intuitive or that users could decide WHAT items to have on their toolbar. It's such a time waster having to hunt around for where things are. Instead of building it to be "lean and clean", think about the user experience. People are adding docs a lot, let that be a tab always. Hiding stuff just frustrates the hell out of someone looking for things. In fact, that whole section under settings seems unimportant to have it buried like that...make it front and center.

The other thing is syncing and export/import with handhelds and smartphones. With an upgraded acct, you would think this would def be an option.

Another thing: Why would I have to give my assistant so much access, just so she can add templates? I think you should let the user decide how many things the additional users can see/use/manipulate.
