Suggestions for Zoho Projects

[1] Fields for Statuses and Categorization of Projects, Tasks, etc.  For example I might do a project and have various tasks which I want to categorize such as for example: Analysis, Development, etc, etc.  The types MUST not be hardcoded since everyone has their own.  This applies also to the project itself.  I cannot categorize the type of project

[2] Custom Fields for anything: Project itself, tasks, etc.  I want to add person responsible in project, but also type of project, etc... Anything

[3] RENAME documents!  It's quite awkward that there is no rename!!

[4] There is a sort of backup but ideally I should be able to call it automatically (maybe I can do it with the APIs??)


I have an internal job system and would like to eliminate it completely to use Zoho
