Im trying to create an invoice using a summary template. The user help shows a very nicely laid out invoice template but not matter how much i try I am struggling to get things to lay out correctly. Are there alternative sources of help/support that might delve into the layout methods in a bit more detail?

Also trying to work out how to create a calculated field so that I can show a invoice total, VAT etc.
