I have a questions regarding the option to create a contact form that creates a task in the project manager. It wont work because the email registered is not our main email. I have already submitted this issue to support several times the user name and original registered email was former employee and I need it to change to get our form working, how can I get this done?
Also I have considered using ZOHO support. We are a small web design firm less than 6 people. The only thing I don't like about it is that its just one more software program we have and I am unclear if there is a way to connect it to the project manager? Right now at least I can create client accounts in the project manager and they can track our progress on tasks etc and if I can get the form working, create tickets that go directly into the existing project. But if I understand it correctly, support is in no way able to integrate into the project manager? If my client submits a ticket I want it to be in their project?
Is that possible??? Anyone?
