I have a Lookup field that shows a person's name, drawn from another form.  The person can have more than one record in the other form, so the picklist in my lookup field shows the same name more than once.  Is there any way to suppress this?

 

I see the same question in this forum five years ago, with the answer "no".  Just wondering if anything has changed.
