Survey / Diagnostic Tool - Complex Branching Supported

I've been asked to build a tool that will allow ask a user to answer five questions. As they answer each question, the list of possible options should narrow. So, at the beginning of the survey, there are 13 possible systems, but based on the answer to each of the five questions, the list narrows down. I'd like to be able to display the list on one side of the page and the question on the other. Any ideas on the best way to do this in Creator?
