When the deal is closed we need to send an email to a customer asking them these 3 questions.

Currently, the only option I can find is to give a customer a link to survey.

What we need is to have the questions inside the email that is being sent.

For example

Dear X thanks for ordering,

Can you please answer these 3 questions

Question 1

Question 2

Question 3

Submit

They should be able to do this inside their emails.
