The referred model has 2400 tasks and subtasks, is it exceeding any Project limit?

When the task model is applied to a project, the original order of tasks and subtasks is lost.

I have already tried to recreate the project and also the model, yet the disorder continues to happen.

In the attached image it is possible to see the ordering of tasks and subtasks in the model and then out of order when applied to the project ... it is just a sample but it happens in almost all 2400 tasks and subtasks.
