Hello,

Wondering if there are plans to implement the Zoho Desk teams feature in Zoho Projects for task assignment?  Often times, we assign tasks to a department rather than a person.  Also in project templates, we don't know the specific person who will do the work, but we do know the department.

Seems like if this were implemented the utilization report would also have to be by team.
