Template Email Responses Rather Than New Email
I'm new to Zoho CRM and I've been playing around with the Email
Templates as a lot of my email conversations are very similar.
Whilst I think it's great to be able to send templated emails to
leads, I was wondering if there was a way to send templated
"responses" for when we reply to the emails that we get back
from the original emails we've sent to the lead.
ie presently when I receive a response from a Lead who I sent a
templated email to, I click the reply button via the CRM (because
I've linked it with ZohoMail) and expand the reply window so that I
have more email options (ie formatting, attaching documents etc) at
which point I have the option to select an "Email Template",
but when I select a saved Email Template, it deletes the existing
conversation I've had with the Lead and overwrites it with just the
Email Template's content and subject line.
Is there a way to just insert an "Email Response" without
deleting the conversation up until that point or changing the subject line?
