Templated task lists attached to milestones... Can zoho be used for multiple event planning based on templates?

Hi,

We run several events in different cities each month and each event has a primary milestone "the event itself" and then two task lists attached to the event. The event preparation task list and the event follow up task list. there needs to be at least one other milestone (it could be a decision task) that is "go" or "no go" on the event based on signups for the event.

Entering this information by hand is too time consuming.

We need to be able to use two standard task lists as templates to attach to the event milestone and have the task dates adjust automatically based on the milestone date... ex:

event is March 27th, speaker must be booked by March 27th - 45 days... that would be a task.

we can create excel sheets for this that will calculate dates etc... if we need to but can ZoHo handle this? does it support templated projects? If not can we upload projects from Excel and which would be our second choice but doable. Is there a support document that shows us the architechture of the data upload so that we can map fields correctly?

I do not mind using the paid versions I just need to know if what we need is possible with this system.
