The Interface Look and Feel.

I am the Traffic Manager for a large marketing agency and like the features of your product. However, I am concerned that the look and the fel of the interface is a little dry and sterile. We are currently using MS Project and Basecamp as internal project tools and I feel that both of these programs have a more appealing and user friendly interface. Are you planning on warming up the aesthetics of your products in the near future? I would like to explore switching my entire agency over but know that the sterile appearance of your interface will meet with huge resistance.
