The user should NEVER be notified that the admin has deleted

When a user is deleted from a project, they get an email to that effect, alerting them to the deletion. This is very bad form, as the admin should be able to do this without letting the user know. There could be all kinds of repercussions and bad blood with this.

Please change it so there is no notification, or at least a choice by the admin to notify them or not.
