Ticket ID

Ticket ID

I am trying to create a basic aging report but have a bit of a difficult time getting some of the data across.
Sample report:

Grouped By:
      Ticket Owner
            Customer Name
                  Status (open\Closed)

Body of report
     Ticket ID (only able to see a long number in a range)
      Subject
      Ticket Created time
      Ticket Closed Time
      Resolution time (time between open and close) (only getting "1" as a value
      Total Time Spend (time tech spend on ticket) (only get "0" as a value)

Any help is greatly appreciated
