Good Day,

I have a question, when I save a draft and reload it. Why does the time field format keeps goes from hh:mm to hh:mm:ss?

Is there a way I can force it to load to hh:mm only? I have tried example =  totime(input.TimeField, "hh:mm") in the -created - load on form and edited - load on form but no luck. 

Any advice will help?
