Time lost in Pivot Chart Report

Hello Everyone. I would really appreciate any help the forums can provide. Here we go..

Overview
I have created a simple form for our technicians to record two gas volume readings in our lab. The data is gathered from two "Decimal" fields (2 volume processes being monitored) and one "Date-Time" field (date/time each reading was recorded). I created a Pivot Chart to graph the data. My Y-axis displays all volume readings and my X-axis displays date/time, thus allowing me to compare performance of the 2 processes as the test moves forward.

Issue #1
Each reading is plotted at the proper date, but for some reason the time is set to " 00:00:00 " (see image). Therefore, readings taken on the same day, but at different times, are forced to stack above each other.

Issue #2
When the chart is generated, the X-axis labels are automatically divided into 30 equally spaced points in time, based upon my oldest and newest readings. For example, the divisions have labels like the following: " Mar 18, 2015 00:28:11 ", " Mar 18, 2015 03:01:17 ", " Mar 18, 2015 05:34:24 ", etc. (see image). When the chart updates with a new reading, these labels change. I would like to have the X-axis labels divided by 1-hour increments, and not be limited to 30 segments.
