Time sheets report for all user and task (all)

We need to have a complete report for all hours spent across a project by all resources segmented for all task across from beginning of the project to today.

We work with specific time allocated from customer to specific projects, so it is important for us to have a quick and detailed view about the actual situation (are we in the total budget of allocated time segmented for each user, task, ecc).
