Timetracking via agenda in Zoho CRM (tasks in agenda Zoho CRM)

We have the problem that if we want to plan a task. We cannot see if there is another event in our agenda. Agenda and tasks are to separately things in CRM. In our previous CRM there was an extra dimension so that we could create a task and plan this in our agenda directly in the CRM. 

+ Also the timetracker was connected to this (and in projects). So we had e clear view about our timesheets. Do you guys have some tips or workarounds to do this?
