Timezone issues between Outlook 2013 and Zoho Projects

Hi, in my profile, my account is set up for Pacific Daylight Time. However, when I schedule a meeting for noon, it appears in my Outlook calendar at 5am the same day.

Strangely, when I receive the Outlook invite for a new event created on Zoho, it states that the event was created in Monrovia/Reykjavik. I've attached the screenshot with the relevant parts circled in red.

I have no idea what's going on here. Please help!
 
I've seen similar questions asked before, but none seems to have been resolved.
