Tip #11: Descubre datos relevantes de tus ventas usando los filtros avanzados

Tip #11: Descubre datos relevantes de tus ventas usando los filtros avanzados.

Los filtros avanzados son una vía para indagar en la información almacenada en el CRM, y sacar de ella información valiosa en poco tiempo.

Por ejemplo, considera los siguientes escenarios:
  1. En los últimos 6 meses, tu CRM ha acumulado una gran cantidad de clientes potenciales o leads. Has hecho seguimiento de la mayoría de ellos, pero podría haber una oportunidad escondida entre aquellos posibles clientes que no contestaron tu primera solicitud de contacto. ¿Qué contactos necesitan una segunda ronda de contacto?
  2. Tienes cierta cantidad de tratos u oportunidades que esperan a cerrarse a final de mes, pero tienes la sospecha de que varias tareas asociadas a los tratos están pendientes. ¿Cómo distinguirlos?
  3. Tienes un servicio de chat en línea en tu página web que es bastante popular entre tus clientes. ¿Cómo asegurarte de que has respondido a todos?

Una manera rápida de discernir cierto tipo de datos de entre su total es a través de los filtros avanzados. Gracias a su amplio rango de criterios por los que filtrar, puedes acceder a cualquier tipo de información - incluida la que necesitas para responder las preguntas planteadas en los escenarios de arriba.

Escenario #1: descubre los posibles clientes con estado ausente.
En el módulo Posibles Clientes, busca aquellos que estén ausentes usando el filtro "Sin actividad este año", con correos electrónicos "no enviados este año" y "sin notas este año". Los resultados indicarán los posibles clientes con los que no ha habido interacción.



Escenario #2: Filtrar tratos u oportunidades que tienen actividades vencidas.
En el módulo Tratos, filtra por Actividades con el estado "vencido", y combínalo con que su fecha de cierre sea "este mes". Tendrás un listado de aquellos tratos que se cierran este mes y que siguen teniendo actividades pendientes.



Escenario #3: Filtrar chats pendientes con tus contactos.
En el módulo Contactos, filtra por "Chats" "perdido" "esta semana". La lista te indicará aquellos contactos que te hayan escrito vía chat y a los que no has contestado - aun.



Realices el filtro que realices, puedes aplicar acciones a toda la lista, como asignarlos a uno de los representantes de ventas, hacer una actualización masiva, y más. Por ejemplo, podrías enviar el listado de posibles clientes con estado ausente a uno de los comerciales.
