Tip #16: Wake up the lazy bugs
Staying on top of bugs is now less tedious than before. You can set reminders for your bugs and receive email notifications before the impending due date. This lets you stay focused on resolving the bug and not worry about missing deadlines.
Reminders can be set when submitting a bug or while editing the bug properties. You can choose to be notified on the due date or earlier based on the project requirement. The following options are available:

Reminders can be set when submitting a bug or while editing the bug properties. You can choose to be notified on the due date or earlier based on the project requirement. The following options are available:
- None: No reminder is set for the bug.
- On the same day: The user assigned to the bug is notified on the day the bug is due.
- Daily: The user assigned to the bug is notified everyday until the due date.
- Days: The days range from 1 to 30. If you select 3, the user is notified 3 days before due date.
However, there are a few points to consider when setting bug reminders:
- It is mandatory to set a due date before setting a reminder.
- The reminder date cannot be before or same as the current date.
- The bug should not be due on the current day.
- The bug needs to be assigned to a user.
