All that you need to do is simply click on the user profile from anywhere inside the product. If you happen to click on a user from a particular project, project activities related to ONLY that project is listed.

Say, you want to know the activities of a particular user across all the projects in a portal. What do you do?

Simply click on that specific user from the Home tab. Voilà! You can catch a glimpse of all that's happening across all the projects in the portal. Activity Stream helps you to know who is doing what.

You can also click on a user profile in Feeds and view the complete activity stream of the selected user. And you can send a direct message to the user or Chat or Follow the user.

When you are into a projects dashboard, you can filter all the recent project activities based on the activity stream. You can see a list of all the project activities and its collaborators.

What is displayed in the activity stream?

All changes in the project along with their time such as:

• Status comments
• Created, edited and closed Milestones, Tasklists and Tasks.
• Forum comments
• Task completion percentage

You can know what's up with everyone at any time.
