Tip of the Week #64– Customize your sidebar for a more focused workflow.
When your shared spaces start filling up with too many views, it gets a little harder to zoom in on what really matters. You find yourself scrolling more than working, and the things that need your attention? They’re often buried down below.
Custom sidebar in Zoho TeamInbox allows you to tailor your sidebar according to your needs and preferences. This helps you stay focused on conversations that matter most by managing your shared inboxes more efficiently.
Rearrange views
You can rearrange thread views in any order that suits you. To do this in Zoho TeamInbox, right-click on any thread view and click Edit sidebar. Then hover over the desired thread view, drag and drop them in your preferred order, and click Save to apply changes.
Hide views
You can temporarily disable specific thread views from your sidebar that you don't need to access frequently. Simply right-click a thread view, choose Edit sidebar. Disable the thread views according to your preferences, then click Save. The thread views will be temporarily kept hidden from your side bar.
