Tip of the week: Upload file to a specific folder via e-mail
The
E-Mail Collaboration feature helps users in uploading files via e-mail; however, into the "Discussions" folder only. Now, users can upload file(s) to the required folder directly rather than uploading to the discussions folder and then moving the file.
Let's see how to upload files to the specific folder
- In the Documents section, click the folder name to which the file needs to be uploaded
- Copy the folder's unique e-mail id displayed below the list of options on the right hand side
- Send an e-mail to the unique id
Tip: You can save the unique e-mail id as a contact so that there's no need for you remember it.
Note:
- To upload a file, the user should be part of the project in either of the user role
- The user's e-mail id should be validated with Zoho
