We have all of our projects in one portal which works very well because you don't have to go looking across portals to find out what project are what tasks you have outstanding. But the problem is when you create a new project everyone gets alerted and gets all the e-mails associated with this project even when not involved and it seems to be because they are members of the portal.
Is there anyway or any setting available so that only the people involved in a project get notification of that project and only people that are assigned the task get notified of that test.
Because we are being buried in redundant e-mails that mean nothing to the people getting them because they're associated to a portal.
