So I am new to Zoho but my use case is this. I have a lot of data associated with each client, realistically more than can be fit to one module. In order to store the extra data I think I need an extra module but I want to be able to use mail merge to create reports and if all data is not on one module this is effecitvely not possible. Therefore I want to duplicate data that appears already on the contact module in another module so that I can run mail merge on the second module and capture the relevant data. 

My questions is how do I duplicate the data between modules for multiple fields (ideally in a way where they read write to each other from both modules). The second question is if anyone has a better solution for the problem I have I would be most interested to hear.
