Totals for Sales Tax Report

On the sales tax report, the column totals aren't shown for any column other than Total Tax. I can't think of a  good reason that they shouldn't be included for the other columns, as well. It would help me with my returns, for sure.

It seems ludicrous that I have to get out a calculator to calculate these values.
