Tracking meetings

Hi everyone,

My industry's biggest challenge with converting leads is attendance to meetings.

Agent calls a lead > booking a meeting with him > creating a future event > the lead isn't coming.

I would like to keep track on this data, and be able to deep analyse this part of the business workflow.

how do you keep track on a events in terms of if they existed or not ?
