Question 1 - How would I add two fields from different tables? The first field is date field "Purchased Date" from Devices Form and the second is "Warranty" a number field (3 digit) representing the number of months from Products table. I want to populate a "Man. Warranty Expiry" date field in Devices Form.
Question 2 - I have created a support ticket form with "Ticket Raised" Date-Time field in the Tickets Form. In another table I have an "On-site response time" which is a number field to illustrate if customer has 1 day (next working day) or 3 day (working days) support. But I do not know what is the best way in Creator to report on this service level.
Question 3 - I want to be able to schedule an annual Service visit due date reminder based on a "Substantial Completion". For example, Substantial Date is 1st Jan 2016, I want to have a report (or similar) provide three "Service Visit Due By" dates. (31st Dec 2016, 31st Dec 2017 and 31st Dec 2018) with an ability of "Completing" the visit and removing from the report.
These 3 capabilities are key to deciding whether Creator is right for us.
