Trouble importing spreadsheet

I'm trying to add a new form to an existing app using the import XLS button. I copy the information from the spreadsheet and paste it in the box (17 columns by 33 rows). When I click Done I get a Please Wait and the lower portion of the screen goes blank but no form is created.

I tried this on two different computers. Both are using Firefox 3.5.
