Hello. We've problems with the IMAP configuration. We continuously get the error message which says "Authentication Failed" / "Invalid credentials".
The following article (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/troubleshooting-tips/articles/troubleshooting-imap) says that you should check whether TFA is enabled in your Office 365 / Outlook account. If it is enabled, you should generate an app-specific password in the webmail and use that password in CRM's IMAP settings. I've looked everywhere, but where can I find whether TFA is enabled or not? And where can I generate the app-specific password?
