UI Problems in TASK and "List Selects"

Hello support

We detected that when the tasks assigned in forums or documents, it appears all information displayed, resulting in confusion.

For example I have two issues here in forum, but beginning same and end just different, but not seen when the attempt to associate with the task what is the "correct".

This problems in UI can dificulty our work in a project.
