Unable to fetch data from a specific view based on form

I request your help to regain normal functioning of STATS form and its associated views of application called GT.

Today I wanted to update the field called "Categoria" (picklist) and something did not work. All related views do not show any record since the code definition of the form STATS has been corrupted.
