Unable to view / edit / delete a particular employee details
Hi,
We are new to zoho people.
I am the admin for our organization and am in the process of adding our employee details to the portal.
For one particular employee when adding i included the name, last name, employee id and email id.
It accepted it.
Now when i search for it ... i am unable to see it to edit it further as the employee i added was incorrect.
However when i try to add a new employee with the previous employee id it does not allow me to add stating that the employee id already exists.
Requesting your help.
