Unusable Section

Hey Guys,
I have an issue with a section under Settings> Sections. It is named
Hidden_Application_Page _Section. It is greyed out and does not have the usual Edit, Show/Hide and Delete buttons. I can move Forms or Reports into the box but cannot take anything out of the box.
I searched the Web for awhile but couldn't find anything to help.
