Update on V2 API End-of-Life Timeline

Dear Users,

Earlier this year, we shared the launch of the V3 APIs and requested users to migrate from the older V2 APIs by December 2025.
We have received valuable feedback from our users and partners regarding their migration timelines. We are happy to share an update based on those requests:

The end of life timeline for V2 APIs has now been extended to 30th June, 2026.

This change allows users to review the V3 APIs and plan their migration smoothly while we continue to enhance the feature coverage in the V3.

After December 31, 2025:

  1. V2 APIs will move into maintenance mode.
  2. No further updates or new capabilities will be added to V2.
  3. V2 documentation will be redirected to V3 API documentation.
We encourage you to start migrating to the V3 APIs, as they include new endpoints, an improved structure and ongoing enhancements. Moving to V3 APIs will help you with long term compatibility as future improvements and new additions will continue there.
