Update resume

Hi,
It's possible to a candidate update is resume? For instance if some one, during a recruitment process, have a new formation that believe that is important to be on is resume submitted to the job openning , how can he update is data inserted on the first submission?

if that is not possible to do in zoho people, can we build anything to make this task? That situation is very normal to happens in one of our clients.
