As the admin, I checked this page out and found it to be very unsatisfactory and incomplete.
Sure, you are trying to upsell users to a more expensive package but you need to first inform us about our billing status.
Our subscription for example $199/year was renewed for the 3rd year this past April and if I were to upgrade to Enterprise right now, how is that pre-paid credit applied?
Also... since you do not do a very good job of describing the difference between reporting in the Enterprise version and no reporting in the Premium version... how do you expect Customers to choose?   I must have missed something... please explain.
