Uploading documents: PREVENT users from getting emails

I am using Zoho Projects and among the team members, we upload quite a lot of documents on a weekly basis. For each documents we upload, all the team members will receive an email.

I DO NOT WANT each member to receive an email when I upload a document. I can see the list of each member in the "Document Upload" page, but it seems there is no way to disable that.

How do I do this?
