I am a basic subscription user.  I am trying to upload a file with just under 84,000 rows.  Well under the .5 million limit.  I am getting an error that says I am over the .5 million limit.  Any help as to why that would be happening would be appreciated.  I even went to the last row, selected all the rows underneath and deleted them all (even though they were blank), as a precaution.  Thank you!
