Urgent: unable to get support for Zoho page publishing issue
Hello,
Our company is a new paying customer of Zoho creator. We have been
fighting with this issue for the last 3 days. We are not getting any
help from Zoho support. Is there anyone here who manages support or
who can solve this problem for us?
Main Problem:
We are unable to access the 'published' Zoho page (HTML +
Deluge) embedded inside an external website. The embedded page is
showing Zoho login screen (see attached image).
According to the documentation at this link, published pages do not
require login. So why is it prompting for login? This makes Zoho
unusable for our purpose.
Zoho support problems:
We submitted the problem online using the support page under my
Zoho login. We did not get any email acknowledgement or status update.
We have not seen any web page where we can see the status of the
support ticket. Finally we called the US support line yesterday night
and talked to a support representative. He said that he will look
into the issue right away and get back to us. He has our direct
telephone number and email. We have not heard from him yet. We tried
calling back support number now and it asks us to leave a voice mail.
This is getting very annoying...
