Urgent: Uploaded File Download URL / Link

Hello,

Can someone please help me figure out how to construct the link for an uploaded file through a zoho form?

I have found the following but it will not work for me. More specifically I do not know what the ViewLinkName is
 
http://creator.zoho.com/DownloadFile.do?filepath=/input.File_Upload_1&sharedBy=zoho.adminuser&appLinkName=zoho.appname&viewLinkName=yourViewName


I just want to email the link to public users (not logged into zoho) and allow them to download the file.
