URL field and passed parameters

URL field and passed parameters

I want to include a hyperlink in the body of a form that says Click Here . Clicking will take the user to one of two zoho forms. Which one will depend on other information in the main form. I want to include the record ID of the original form in the information sent to the second form. 

Is this possible? Should I use a URL field or put the information in a Note field?
