Is the usage limit  https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/script/usage-limits.html applicable to all plans?

We are going to use Creator-CRM integration but this usage limit makes me doubt. We are going to submit massive amount of forms per day so i think this could be some kind of limitation on our part.

Please help me and explain these things. Also, what plan do i need to purchase to achieve the max usage anyway?
